I know I sound like every parent on their child's birthday... but I cannot believe Ella is 4 years old! I can still remember driving to the hospital, sharing her with our friends and family for the first time, bringing her home, and just staring at that sweet little newborn face, all like it was literally yesterday. Of course, I'm so thankful that she sleeps all night now, but I would go back and snuggle that little tiny baby in a heartbeat if I could.
Ella's name means "light" and it is so fitting for her because she is the light of our life and lights up any room she walks in. We're so proud of the sweet, kind, and sassy little girl she has grown to be. Now if only we could just stop her from getting any older. Although it is SO much fun to see her learning and experiencing new things. Seeing her become a big sister twice has been the best gift ever. She truly is an amazing big sister! She is so helpful and sometimes too helpful, of course. lol
We had a blast celebrating our big 4 year old!! For Ella's birthday party she asked if we could make lip gloss and slime... so we did! It was so much fun!! Our friend Rachel offered to take pictures for so I wouldn't have to worry about pictures!! Thank goodness!
This little stage area we made was probably the favorite of all the little girls!! There was always a little girl singing or playing a guitar!
